Have you been doing the 21 Day Fix, but still haven’t lost any weight or inches? Well, just the other day, I had one of my clients message me saying that she was frustrated because she hadn’t seen any results and she was in her 3rd week of the 21 Day Fix. So, I asked for help from other coaches on my team that had other clients that had experienced the same thing. I had a lot of great feedback from them to give to her and I thought I’d share it here too, because I’m sure there are other people out there having the same experience. Some of these troubleshooting ideas are even from Autumn Calabrese herself.
Tired of squats, lunges, push-ups, and boring cardio? Then pay attention because you’re about to look forward to working out! Shaun T goes back to his dancing roots and makes losing weight an “experience.” You’ll be LIVIN’ and SWEATIN’ to hot new moves and great music!
And if you think you can’t dance, don’t worry. Shaun breaks down the routines, step-by-step, move-by-move, and builds them into a full dance workout. And at the end, you’ll get to CIZE IT UP to songs from Shaun’s playlist. You’ll be so focused on mastering the moves that for 35–40 minutes you’ll forget you’re actually burning fat and calories, and getting in the best shape of your life.
“Don’t say you can’t dance…because anyone can dance…” —Shaun T

Oatmeal is pretty much my go-to breakfast and is a great addition to my clean eating lifestyle. I love it. It keeps me full and gives me energy. I like my oatmeal full of nuts and fruit, but I have some picky kids who won’t eat it that way, so this idea of creating individual oatmeal cups is a great solution! It’s fun for the kids to help out, because they can each create their own by adding whatever toppings they like.
I usually stick with my standard recipe for steel-cut oats, but this Saturday morning I decided to make a spin off and my whole family loved it. In the photo, we used chopped apple, craisins, chocolate chips, and blueberries. They were all yummy! Some other fun ideas would be blueberries, pineapple, raisins, dates, shredded coconut, pomegranate seeds, sliced banana, or even just brown sugar and cinnamon.
These are great for a make-ahead breakfast. Simply bake, let them cool, then freeze. You can either take them out to defrost overnight, or pop a couple frozen in the microwave or toaster oven. Eat them plain like a muffin, or topped with your favorite kind of milk.
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened (or use more banana)

1/8 cup chia or flax seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
