The concept of this exercise is literally a lifesaver. Emotional disconnect is often subtle, invisible and unmemorable. We don’t know WHY we feel the way we do. We attribute it to “Well that’s just how I am,” or worse, “WHO I am.”

Becoming aware of the impact of emotional disconnect can make a tremendous difference in your life.
