My Results from the Ultimate Reset

Today is the day! 🙆🏼 My final pics and progress for my UR CLEANSE Results!!! Down 12.6 lbs. 21 days. 😱 21 days!? WTH.

This is not what I expected to see when I weighed myself this morning 😵 Not even kidding I’VE NEVER lost this much weight or this many inches in 3 weeks. I feel like a different human all together. 🍕🍔🍟🌮🥙🌭 Like who is this girl who’s not eating complete crap on the reg!?

No I’m NOT starving myself. I eat 3 meals a day, 1 snack and a few extra fruits & veggies if I’m hungry. Ive has a few small cheats still using detox friendly ingredients. ✌🏼 This is pure freaking craziness to me!

Next round starts 11/27!? You’ll legit be done before Christmas.🎄What are you waiting for!? Like for real girl. I see 👀 you over there. Watching me, telling yourself it’s easy for me and not for you. Reasons I did this: To reset my mind + palette and begin craving healthy foods again! To help my body heal from stress. To focus on sleep & mental clarity. Week 0: I was beyond frustrated with myself & knew something was off, and my Sunday Fundays were running into Thirsty Thursday’s … just knew I needed a CHANGE. Desperate to feel better. Knew that I HAVE all the tools I need right in front of me, and it was time I implement them so I grabbed some BFFs and dove in!

Week 3: FULL BLOWN PLANT BASED MEALS – NEVER grabbed anything with white sugar or artificial, NEVER drank caffeine, OR even a single cocktail. Did however almost barf after a chicken nugget incident. I’m laying it all out day by day in the blog!! Amazed at my resolve during what I thought would be a really difficult time {Nov 1 – Nov 21} aka my BIRTHDAY 🎁 MONTH but dropped 12.6 lbs! Feeling like a freaking brand new human with a CLEAN SLATE! 🙌🏼 Becoming comfortable in my skin again and my mood & energy are worlds better! 🌎💕

The Skinny on the Ultimate Reset – Day 17

Wow!? Who am I!? It’s been sooooo Hard for me to get up before starting this detox and here I am bouncing out of bed before my alarm. No blurry eyed creep to the kitchen to fire up my tea cup and I’m diving into paint projects before I wake the boys up from school!?!?! What in the heck!?!

I had no idea sleeping soundly would be such an amazing benefit to this 21 days and honestly might make even my worst food day worth it!! As a mom we never expect to get a good nights sleep because even if the kids don’t wake us up we still listen for every noise, whisper, thud, and breath. But I am KNOCKED OUT at night and ready to wake up when or before my alarm goes off. There is so much beauty in waking up refreshed I had no clue what I was missing!!!

Here’s the Skinny on Day 17:

Wake up w/20 oz of distilled water (Mineralize added) and continue drinking this ALL day just not until 30 mins after a meal for digestion purposes!

Take Supplements (Optimize & Revitalize)

Wait 30 Minutes

Breakfast – 3 cups of fresh fruit (I blended a cup of mango into my Shako)

Wait at least 2 hours. (I waited 3)

Take Supplements again

Wait 30 min

Lunch – called for Morracan Carrot Salad with 3 cups of greens (not pictured – still steaming) and it just wasn’t in me to make it so I roasted some asparagus and steamed the carrots it called for and called it good. I’m usually great at meal prep but this final leg of the cleanse I’m not super excited about it.

Wait at least 2 hours (I waited 3)

Take your power greens

Wait 30 minutes

Optional Snack – I used my oil allowance from lunch to mix up this beauty. 1 Tbsp of coconut oil and 1 Tbsp of Shako vegan chocolate then 5 mins in the freezer and this was worth it!!!

Wait 2 hours

Dinner – again. Food fail because I just wasn’t into what was called for so I made a 1/2 sweet potato with mixed veggies (zucchini, broccoli, red pepper, and asparagus)

I think what’s awesome about this plan is how easily you just revert to fruits or veggies with no desire to cheat. I could have easily eaten the steak the kids were eating but other than it smelling good I had no desire to eat it.

The Skinny on the Ultimate Reset – Day 16

Wanna get a kick in your step without the superpowers of caffeine? I’m learning a lot during this 21 days and had NO IDEA I could live without something as sacred as coffee but here I am day 16 no caffeine!! 🤯 I add 1 Tbsp. in 4 ounces of distilled water with a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt first thing in the morning. SOOO great for energy! + it’s said that it can help with weight loss (increases metabolism) and tons of other shit like balancing your bodies PH. You can drink it 3x a day before meals to benefit energy all day + good metabolism. 🥂 BE A FRIEND and share this great tip with a friend toooo or Pin to your fave healthy girl Pinterest board!

The Skinny on the Ultimate Reset – Day 15

I’ve been feeling really down the past couple days! Nothing awful. Just like “meh” so a day of hair and brows (and let’s be honest… mustache manicuring hehehehhe!!) and I feel good as new!!! Turning 43 has me feeling all sorts of ways and through this cleanse as I’m emotionally unloading a ton of blocks I feel lighter and less stressed than I have in YEARS!

It doesn’t hurt that the food was GOOOOD TODAY!!

Here’s the Skinny on Day 15:

Wake up w/20 oz of distilled water (Mineralize added) and continue drinking this ALL day just not until 30 mins after a meal for digestion purposes!

Take Supplements (Optimize & Revitalize)

Breakfast

3 cups of fruit – I was on the go so I improvised and added about a cup of frozen mango to 1/2 scoop tropical strawberry Shako and blended it with 10 oz of distilled water. It is so freaking delish I could drink it alllll day!

Wait at least 2 hours.

Take Supplements again

Wait 30 min (I still wasn’t home so it was about an hour)

Lunch

Asian Cabbage Salad that I inhaled so fast I can’t believe I didn’t get a picture! I”m soooo bummed you can’t see it but here’s the recipe:

Makes 1 serving

3 Tbsp. rice vinegar

2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

2 Tbsp. sesame oil

1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped ginger ( I hate ginger and didn’t add it)

2 Tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos

1/2 head Napa cabbage, shredded (4 cups)

1/2 medium carrot, shredded

1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced

2 green onions, thinly sliced

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Himalayan salt to taste

Combine vinegar, lime juice, oil, ginger, and Bragg Liquid Aminos in a small bowl; mix well. Combine cabbage, carrot, red & green onions, cilantro, and salt (if desired) in a large bowl; mix well. Drizzle with dressing; toss gently. Let salad marinate, covered, in refrigerator for 15 mins before serving.

Optional Snack – I nibbled on half a red bell pepper and hummus

Dinner Mash up! I’ve been mixing my dinners together in a bowl still. It tastes way better to me! It called for a baked sweet potato & garlic veggies. Here’s the recipe:

Baked Sweet Potato – 1 serving

1 medium sweet potato or yam

1 tsp. olive oil

1/4 tsp. Himalayan salt (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Scrub potato; pierce several times with a fork and place on center rack. (My note – place a foiled lined cookie sheet under on the next rack to catch drippings) Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until fork tender. Remove from the over and cut a 1 1/2 inch cross in the center of the potato. Season with oil, salt, and a seasoning blend if desired.

Garlic Veggies – 1 serving (I doubled this so I could eat it tomorrow)

2 tsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. water

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 1/2 tsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos, to taste

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 medium carrot, cut into thin diagonal slices

1/2 medium head broccoli, cut into bite sized florets

1/2 medium zuchinni, cut lengthwise then sliced

1/4 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch strips

I used to indulge the ENTIRE month of November for my 🎉BIRTHDAY MONTH then 👎🏼🙄😵 5️⃣➕lbs later stress eat through the holiday months. 🤑🤑💸💸 Money for Christmas gifts. Who will be where and when we would all be together (blended family of 7) Everything I had to do to get it ALL 🤗🏃🏼💃🏼done. I would eat && drink ALLLLLAAAAAADOES emotions. Like ugh. 🍩☕️🍹🍰🍫🍦🍣🍟🍗🍕🥓🍞🍪
