How to beat the flu

How I slayed Influenza A in 3ish days!

If you’re like me and scroll to the bottom for cliff notes here ya go 😉

Drink hot lemon water everyday and if you’re brave add a spoonfull of apple cider vinegar.

Blend up a handful of kale, 1 tsp raw honey, 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar, 1 raw garlic clove, a little water then chug it.

Make a homemade batch of chicken soup, here’s my favorite:

Chicken Soup

This warming Chicken Soup is great for fighting the flu!

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 medium carrots sliced
  • 2 medium celery stalks sliced
  • 3-6 whole garlic cloves
  • 1 cup kale chopped
  • 6 cups low-sodium organic chicken broth
  •  lbs. cooked shredded chicken approx. 4½ cups
  • ¾ tsp. sea salt or Himalayan salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground white pepper

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion, carrots, garlic and celery; cook, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes, or until onion is translucent.
  3. Add broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; gently boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Add chicken (I cook my chicken in an instant pot with 4 cups of water for 25 minutes on high pressure), kale, salt, and pepper; gently boil for 10 minutes.
  5. Evenly divide soup between six serving bowls. Top evenly with soup; serve immediately, store in the fridge to eat everyday you’re fighting the flu.

Keep Sambucol elderberry liquid or gummies to take 3 times per day while you’re under the weather and once daily during flu season for preventative measures. Take Oscillococcinum for pain relief as needed.

Lots and lots of water and rest when you need it! But don’t be a couch potato or stagnant in bed! Get in the sun, walk around the block and unless you have a fever, do you workout!
