My Results from the Ultimate Reset

Today is the day! 🙆🏼 My final pics and progress for my UR CLEANSE Results!!! Down 12.6 lbs. 21 days. 😱 21 days!? WTH.

This is not what I expected to see when I weighed myself this morning 😵 Not even kidding I’VE NEVER lost this much weight or this many inches in 3 weeks. I feel like a different human all together. 🍕🍔🍟🌮🥙🌭 Like who is this girl who’s not eating complete crap on the reg!?

No I’m NOT starving myself. I eat 3 meals a day, 1 snack and a few extra fruits & veggies if I’m hungry. Ive has a few small cheats still using detox friendly ingredients. ✌🏼 This is pure freaking craziness to me!

Reasons I did this: To reset my mind + palette and begin craving healthy foods again! To help my body heal from stress. To focus on sleep & mental clarity. To stop overusing caffeine and artificial sweeteners. To love vegetables again. To be in tune with my body. To better my digestion, skin, and sleep. Week 0: I was beyond frustrated with myself & knew something was off, and my Sunday Fundays were running into Thirsty Thursday’s … just knew I needed a CHANGE. Desperate to feel better. Knew that I HAVE all the tools I need right in front of me, and it was time I implement them so I grabbed some BFFs and dove in!

Week 3: FULL BLOWN PLANT BASED MEALS – NEVER grabbed anything with white sugar or artificial, NEVER drank caffeine, OR even a single cocktail. Did however almost barf after a chicken nugget incident. I’m laying it all out day by day in the blog!! Amazed at my resolve during what I thought would be a really difficult time {Nov 1 – Nov 21} aka my BIRTHDAY 🎁 MONTH but dropped 12.6 lbs! Feeling like a freaking brand new human with a CLEAN SLATE! 🙌🏼 Becoming comfortable in my skin again and my mood & energy are worlds better! 🌎💕
