The Skinny on the Ultimate Reset – Day 6

OHHHHH my lort!!!! Try this on your salad tonight!!!!
CREAMY GARLIC 🥗 DRESSING

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. raw honey (or pure maple syrup)
Place oil, vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, mustard, honey in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate dressing to store. If dressing solidifies when cold, hold at room temperature for 30 minutes. Stir or shake before serving.
Here’s the Skinny on Day  6:
Wake up w/20 oz of distilled water (Mineralize added) and continue drinking this ALL day just not until 30 mins after a meal for digestion purposes!
Take Supplements (Optimize)

Wait 30 Minutes

Breakfast called for BAKED TEMPEH, 1/8 sliced avocado, and 1/2 cup steamed spinach

I did not eat that LOL I made a shaker cup of vegan chocolate Shako with a handful of spinach and the 1/8 avocado blended up 🙂

Wait at least 2 hours. (I waited 3)

Take Supplements again

Wait 30 min

Lunch!

Wait 30 minutes

Optional Snack I was fine so I skipped it

Super important tip to finish off your soup!!! Season it with more black pepper a pinch of pink Himalayan salt with a squeeze or 3 of lime!! Gah! Soooo good!!!
