Some of you babes have been asking why I’m doing this and of ALL THINGS through my birthday month. But here’s the deal. Traditionally I gain 5-6 pounds in my birthday month and I’ve already been in Treat Yo’self mode so I’m about 5 pounds “overweight” right now so I can’t afford the poundage. When I say 5 pounds it’s an educated guess. I don’t usually weigh myself but I know how my clothes feel. I know when I can feel my belly hang over a little more than usual and I generally just feel like crap. It’s time to grab hold of my habits. I know it comes down to what I’ve been putting into my body. And at my age it’s just getting harder. I am soooooo nervous to do this right now but I know I need it. And I know the babes I’m doing it with will help me get through this.
